These terms govern your use of Whittle apps (such as Morph) and the whittle.tools website. By using our software or buying a license, you agree to them.

Your license

• A per-app purchase grants you a perpetual license to use that app on the Macs you own or control, for personal or commercial work.
• Whittle All-Access grants you access to every current and future Whittle app for as long as your subscription is active.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the apps, or attempt to circumvent or tamper with licensing.

Payments & refunds

Prices are shown in US dollars and processed by a third-party payment provider. If something isn't right with your purchase, email [email protected]— we're a small studio and we want you happy with what you bought.

Updates

We actively improve our apps. A per-app purchase includes updates for that app as described on its pricing. We may change, add, or discontinue features over time.

Disclaimer

Our apps are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. While Morph keeps your originals and offers one-click undo, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important files.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whittle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps or website.

Acceptable use

Use the apps lawfully and only for content you have the right to convert.

Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
